We remodeled most of the first floor in this 1920’s home in the Kenwood neighborhood of Minneapolis, including a new kitchen, dining area, sunroom, living room, and bathroom.  This kitchen features white flat-panel cabinets with black granite countertops. 

The small bathroom next to the kitchen was designed to retain the 1920s look. We converted the porch into a sunroom, leveling the floor and adding hot water floor heat, and a fireplace.

The owner found a fireplace front for the living room that was salvaged from an old mansion.
