The original house was 4,000 sq ft with a 2-car garage.  We added a 3,000 sq ft addition on the front, including a living room, dining area, and piano/music area on the first floor and a rec room and dance floor on the lower level.  We also rearranged most of the existing house, including creating an art studio where the garage was and adding a 3-car garage.  The final result was a stunning 8,000 sq ft home.
